Materials

Utilizing Fiber and CO2 lasers, stylus engraving, foil transfer, embossing, as well UV color printing, a host of materials can be transformed either by engraving, cutting, color or marking transfer.  Some projects may require submission of a sample product to test prior to proceeding to actual project.

We can accommodate an engraving area up to 3 ft. wide x any length (note that continuous length engraving is limited to table size, but item can be indexed) x 21.5 in. deep.  Curved items can also be engraved and will be quoted based on size, configuration and material of the item.

Variations in engraving intensity, striations and discolorations are always a potential on products. While the product you have provided may be all the same type, it is not necessarily produced from the same batch or with the same quality tolerances and can produce visibly different results. There are also coatings, and in the case of laminated or pressure formed materials, there are variances in depths of the material as well as chemical off-putting that can affect results.

While the following list includes examples of suggested materials, we are not limited only to these. Any special, non-hazardous material requests can be reviewed and submitted for testing:

  • Nickel (along with aluminum, copper, brass and other base metals)
